PASSTHRU Technical Support provides a call center service and is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm.

  Technical training on filling out and creating new entries in the car maker’s online electronic booklet.

  Remote computer-based technical training for using acarmaker’s online systems, OE diagnostics, credit purchases,and brand specifications..
• GUIDED DIAGNOSIS ON VEHICLE DEFECT
  Remote support guided via remote desktop with one of ourtechnicians, to delve deeper into the vehicle defect with the information made available by the car maker.
• DIAGNOSIS INSTALLATION ON PC
  Required for the installation and/or configuration of OE diagnoses, on your computer in the workshop via remote connection.

ECU File Processing

We provide customized ECU file processing tailored to the specific requirements of the vehicle and its intended use. Each modification is assessed individually based on the type of ECU, the hardware configuration, and the objectives requested by the customer.

The services offered are intended exclusively for use on racetracks, circuits, or private land and property. They are not designed or intended for use on public roads, and compliance with current road-legal homologation and emissions regulations is not guaranteed. The customer assumes full responsibility for the use of the modified vehicle and for any consequences arising from its use on public roads.

TREDLAB REMOTE is a remote diagnostics service that allows you to virtualize your workshop’s vehicle directly on our servers. To access the service, you must have a remote diagnostics-enabled tool and TREDCOINS, which can be purchased in denominations of 150, 300, 450, and 600.

Each function requires a predetermined number of credits from our feature list.

• UPDATE, CODING, OR REPLACEMENT OF THE ECU
  This function is used to program or code an ECU when replacing or updating it.
• ECU SOFTWARE CHECK
  This function checks for software updates available for the module.
• IMMOBILIZER AND COMPONENT PROTECTION
  LECUs are increasingly linked to an immobilizer system. This function is used to add new keys and unlock new ECUs.
• READING AND DELETING ERROR MEMORY (DTC)
  Function for reading and analyzing errors on the vehicle.
• TOW HOOK POST-ASSEMBLY
  Coding is required after the tow hitch has been installed.
• RESET BASIC ADAPTATIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS
  Functions useful for adapting (non-ECU) components after replacement: EGR, ADBLUE level, suspension, etc.
• SERVICE RESET AND MAINTENANCE FUNCTIONS
  This function resets the service light and/or functions related to the vehicle’s routine maintenance. (E.g., retracting the rear brake calipers)
