3D Info Technical assistance offers support in the search for electrical and / or mechanical faults concerning cars by acquiring the vehicle data communicated by the customer (Chassis, Engine Code, mileage, date of construction), errors present in the various ECUs, symptoms perceived while driving, and warning lights or messages on the instrument panel.
After processing the request using the ticket created by the customer, technical tests are commissioned to ascertain the fault on the car.
The technical checks proposed by the assistance are divided into:
- component functionality testing
- acquisition of parameters
- electrical measurements
After solving the ticket, it is stored as a case file for future resolutions.

ECU Calibration Assistance
ECU Calibration Support provides file service for all customers who have the right tools to read and write control units.
Through ticket the customer attaches the data of the vehicle and the file read, describing the type of change required.
Possible changes:
- Level 1/2/3 Increments
- Recalibration for reduced consumption
- Solutions for Immobilizer
- Repair Solutions for EGR, DPF, SWIRL and so on.

CU Calibration Assistance provides a call center service and is active from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 18.30
