IMCS STAND ALONE - Intake Manifold Cleaning System

The IMCS was created with the aim of de-carbonizing the intake system without having to disassemble the parts.

The system sprays the chemical IMCS LIQUID which acts in contact with the carbon residues, dissolving and removing them in a progressive and controlled way, according to the same principle the cleaning cycle continues in the following Km after treatment.

The instrumentation is equipped with a touch screen panel/display that allows the operator to control the duration of the treatment and the percentage of liquid flow introduced .

LMS - Leaks Monitoring System

Innovative solution for detecting leaks in sealed circuits

LMS was created with the aim of helping technicians in the sector to identify leaks in sealed circuits quickly and immediately, significantly reducing diagnosis times and improving customer service.

The system is able to generate 6 l / min of air and with a pressure greater than 1 bar which allows to saturate systems even with large volumes.

To improve the detection of leaks, the system produces intense smoke to allow a visual diagnosis of leaks.

VALES 2.0 is used as a universal centering unit for DELPHI 1, DELPHI 2, DELPHI 3, DELPHI 4, DELPHI 4400 power steering column torque sensors.
With the VALES 2.0 it is possible to overhaul TRW power steering columns (TRW 1, TRW 2 and TRW 3), electric drive boxes, power steering pumps and steering angle sensors.
The connection is made directly between the VALES 2.0 instrument and the power steering unit by means of special wiring.
