• DNA assistance

  The DNA support offers technical and/or computer support to DNA instrumentation and/or its diagnostic software.

  Provides support only and exclusively to DNA instrumentation and not other diagnostic tools.

  DNA Technical Support provides a call center service and is active from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00

• 3D info assistance

  3D Info assistance, offers support in the search of electrical and/or mechanical faults concerning cars by the acquisition of vehicle data communicated by the customer (chassis, engine code, mileage, construction date)errors in the various control units, perceived driving symptoms and warning lights or messages on the instrument cluster.

  After processing the request using the ticket created by the customer, technical tests are commissioned to ascertain the fault on the car.
  The technical checks proposed by the staff are divided into:

  • component functionality tests
  • acquisition of parameters
  • electrical measurements

  After the ticket is resolved, it is archived as a case for future resolutions.

  We have a wide range of cables and accessories to use the DNA tool with a variety of vehicles.
